Trekking in the Colca Canyon

This tour
will allow you to appreciate the beauty of The Colca
Canyon and the life-style of it's residents. It’s an ideal
place to relax and get in contact with nature.
Both nights are spent in a Peruvian family-owned hut
We will pick
you up from your hotel in Arequipa City at approximately 1:00 am
to take you on a trip to The Mirador of Tapay in The Colca
Canyon, where you will be able to enjoy the majestic flight of
the condor, which is the bird with the largest wing-span in the
world.
Breakfast
We start our trip with
a descent into the canyon. You will be exposed to nature as well
as the life-style and customs of the friendly local people.
Meals will be prepared by the guide at their respective hours
After
breakfast, we are going to be headed towards the village
of Sangalle. We will be crossing the villages of Coshñihua
and Malata. In Sangalle you would be able to refresh
yourself while the meals are being prepared.
In the morning we will
ascend to Cabanaconde, where we will have
breakfast. Then you will be driven to the city of Chivay where you will have
free time for shopping, afterwards you will be taken to your hotel in Arequipa City.
